Add Floor Plans to a Property Website

The Floor Plans feature lets you upload floor plan images and create an interactive viewer on your property website. Visitors can explore each floor and click on rooms to see linked photos of that area.

Step 1: Open the Floor Plans Screen

From your property dashboard, click Floor Plans in the right sidebar menu. This opens the Floor Plans management screen where you can upload and manage all floor plans for this property.

Step 2: Upload a Floor Plan

Click the + ADD FLOOR PLANS button. In the dialog that appears:

1. Enter an optional name for the floor plan (e.g. "Ground Floor", "2nd Level", "Basement").
2. Click Upload File to select an image from your computer. Accepted file types are PDF, JPG, PNG and GIF.
3. Wait for the upload to process. The page will reload automatically when your floor plan is ready.

Repeat this step to upload additional floor plans for each level of the property.

Step 3: Reorder Floor Plans

If you have more than one floor plan, you can drag and drop them to change their display order on the website.

Step 4: Link Photos to Rooms and Areas

Click on a floor plan thumbnail to open the floor plan editor. From here you can draw boxes over rooms or areas of the floor plan by clicking and dragging with your mouse. After drawing a box:

1. A side panel will open showing your property photos.
2. Give the area a name (e.g. "Master Bedroom", "Kitchen").
3. Select the photos you want to link to that area.

When visitors view the floor plan on your website, they can click on these areas to see the linked photos.

Step 5: Display Floor Plans on Your Website

To make your floor plans visible on the live website, you need to add a Floor Plans section using the Website Editor:

1. Go back to your property dashboard and click Edit Website Design to open the Website Editor.
2. Click Sections + Layout in the editor toolbar.
3. Click Add Sections and select Floor Plans from the list.
4. The floor plans section will be added to your website and will display all uploaded floor plans in the interactive viewer.

Removing a Floor Plan

To remove a floor plan, click the X icon on the floor plan card from the Floor Plans management screen. This will permanently delete the floor plan and any linked photo areas.
